Our agreement with you when using iamadroid’s AI Agents, AI Phone, Business Phone, websites, software, and related services.

Terms and Conditions
Summary: By using iamadroid, you agree to these Terms. You are responsible for your account, customer content, AI agent configuration, phone setup, call handling rules, legal disclosures, and how your end users interact with your agents and phone numbers. AI outputs, call summaries, transcriptions and routing decisions may be imperfect and must be reviewed where appropriate. AI Phone and Business Phone services depend on third-party networks, carriers, internet access, power, correct number configuration and applicable verification checks. 1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of iamadroid’s websites, software, AI website agents, AI Phone services, Business Phone services, telephony features, integrations, dashboards, APIs, plugins and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing to a plan, embedding an agent, configuring a phone number, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. In that case, “you” and “Customer” refer to that organisation.

2. Services Provided

iamadroid provides business software and communications tools, including:

  • AI Agents: website AI chat agents for lead capture, customer support, knowledge answers, booking requests, pre-sales, receptionist-style routing, notifications, handoff and related website workflows.
  • AI Phone: AI voice agent and call-handling services that may answer calls, understand caller intent, collect caller details, support booking flows, route calls, produce summaries, and perform configured phone workflows.
  • Business Phone: non-AI business telephony services, such as business numbers, inbound and/or outbound calling features, call routing, voicemail or other phone features made available under the applicable plan.
  • Administration tools: dashboards, logs, analytics, configuration screens, usage reporting, billing tools and account management features.

Features, limits, numbers, included minutes, conversation allowances, agents, integrations, support levels, analytics depth and data retention vary by plan and may depend on availability, jurisdiction, verification status and third-party provider support.

3. Accounts, Access & Security

  • You must provide accurate registration, billing, business and contact information.
  • You are responsible for keeping login credentials, API keys, tokens and embedded scripts secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by employees, contractors, administrators and invited users.
  • You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorised access, compromised credentials or misuse of your account.
  • We may require identity, business, address or other verification before enabling certain features, phone numbers or telephony services.

4. Trials, Plans, Billing, Taxes & Cancellation Terms

AI Agent plans may be offered with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan unless otherwise agreed in writing. Current plan information is available at:

AI Agent plans, AI Phone plans and Business Phone plans are separate products unless expressly stated otherwise. Website AI agent pricing does not automatically include telephony services, phone numbers, AI Phone minutes or Business Phone minutes.

Where SMS booking links, appointment links or similar messaging features are enabled for AI Phone or AI Agent workflows, SMS usage may be charged separately, included in an SMS package, or deducted from pooled minutes as shown on the applicable plan page. If no SMS package is active, SMS messages to the US and Canada count as 2 pooled minutes per SMS, and SMS messages to the UK count as 8 pooled minutes per SMS, unless otherwise stated in your order or written agreement.

  • Fees renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable plan terms, account settings, written agreement or these Terms.
  • You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, carrier fees, regulatory charges, usage fees, overage charges, payment processing charges and third-party pass-through costs.
  • Where iamadroid is legally required, as seller of the Service, to charge VAT, sales tax, GST, HST, telecoms tax, digital-services tax, regulatory fees or other local taxes, those amounts will be charged in addition to our normal plan prices, add-on prices, usage prices and telephony charges.
  • Prices shown on public plan pages may exclude taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • Local taxes and regulatory charges may vary depending on your billing address, service address, customer type, tax status, country, state, province, jurisdiction, product type, phone number type or applicable law.
  • You must provide accurate billing, tax, business, service-address and account information. If your information is incorrect or incomplete, you remain responsible for any taxes, corrections, penalties, provider charges or reassessments caused by that information.
  • Included usage allowances reset according to the billing period shown for your plan.
  • Unused included conversations, tokens, minutes, numbers, credits or allowances do not roll over unless expressly stated.
  • Pricing, features, taxes, carrier charges, regulatory fees and third-party costs may vary by country, currency, provider and availability.
  • Refunds are not offered once a billing period begins, unless required by law or expressly agreed by iamadroid.

4.1 AI Agent paid-plan cancellation

Paid AI Agent plans require at least 60 days’ written termination notice unless a separate written agreement or applicable law gives you a different right. Notice should be submitted through the account cancellation process where available, or by contacting us through Contact Us.

  • Cancellation stops future renewals after the applicable notice period and any applicable term adjustment.
  • Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.
  • You remain responsible for charges, usage, overage, taxes, add-ons and fees incurred before termination takes effect.
  • Deleting an agent, removing a widget, disconnecting a website, or stopping use of the Service is not the same as terminating the subscription.

4.2 Annual AI Agent plans cancelled during the term

If you cancel an annual AI Agent plan before the end of its annual term, iamadroid may convert the plan retrospectively to the equivalent monthly plan from the start date of that annual term.

  • We will calculate what you would have paid on the corresponding monthly plan from the start of the annual term up to the effective termination date.
  • If the recalculated monthly amount is lower than the annual amount you paid, any balance due to you may be refunded after deduction of any outstanding usage, overage, taxes, chargebacks, unpaid fees or other amounts owed.
  • If the recalculated monthly amount is higher than the amount you paid annually, iamadroid may write off the difference instead of collecting it.
  • Where iamadroid writes off a shortfall, we may allow you to continue using the annual plan until the original annual term ends, rather than ending the plan early.
  • Annual-plan conversion does not refund usage already consumed, add-ons, overage, integrations, custom setup, taxes or third-party pass-through costs.

4.3 AI Phone and Business Phone cancellation

AI Phone and Business Phone plans are annual services charged monthly at a fixed rate unless otherwise agreed in writing. They are not casual month-to-month services merely because payment is collected monthly.

  • AI Phone and Business Phone services require at least 60 days’ written termination notice unless a separate written agreement or applicable law says otherwise.
  • You remain responsible for fixed monthly charges during the notice period.
  • You remain responsible for call usage, number fees, carrier costs, regulatory fees, taxes, overage and third-party pass-through charges incurred before termination takes effect.
  • Phone numbers may be released, disconnected or made unavailable after termination unless number porting is available and completed within the required timeframe.
  • Number porting is not guaranteed and may require forms, identity checks, address checks, provider approval, payment of outstanding balances and additional time.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for how you configure and use the Service, including prompts, knowledge sources, scripts, greetings, routing, call handling, notifications, integrations and escalation paths.
  • You must ensure your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, industry rules, telecoms rules, privacy laws, marketing laws, consumer-protection rules and recording-consent requirements.
  • You are responsible for providing end users with all required notices, consents and disclosures, including where they interact with AI or where calls, chats, transcripts, recordings or summaries are created.
  • You must not use the Service to mislead callers or website visitors into believing they are speaking with a human where disclosure is legally required.
  • You must maintain appropriate human review for high-impact, regulated, safety-critical or sensitive decisions.
  • You must ensure that your business information, opening hours, routing rules, appointment rules, emergency instructions and escalation contacts are accurate and up to date.

6. Use of AI Agents and AI Phone

  • AI-generated responses, call summaries, transcripts, classifications, routing decisions and suggested actions may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, inappropriate or misunderstood.
  • You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy and suitability of AI outputs for your use case.
  • You must not rely on AI outputs as a sole source of truth, professional advice, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, safety advice or emergency guidance.
  • You must not deploy AI Agents or AI Phone for high-risk, emergency, life-critical, medical, legal, financial or safety-critical use cases without appropriate human oversight and all required legal approvals.
  • You are responsible for testing your agent and phone workflows before public launch and after material configuration changes.
  • We may suspend or limit AI features that produce unsafe, unlawful, abusive or materially inaccurate behaviour.

7. Telephony Services: AI Phone and Business Phone

Telephony services depend on third-party communications providers, carriers, number suppliers, internet connectivity, compatible devices, network conditions, regulatory rules and correct account configuration. You acknowledge that telephony services may not be available in all countries, regions or number types.

  • Numbers: Phone numbers may be subject to availability, verification, local eligibility rules, address requirements, KYC/KYB checks, carrier approval and regulatory restrictions.
  • Number allocation: We do not guarantee that a particular number will remain available until allocation, activation and provider confirmation are complete.
  • Number ownership: Unless applicable law provides otherwise, phone numbers are assigned for use with the Service and are not sold to you.
  • Number changes: Numbers may need to be changed, suspended, released or reselected due to verification failure, regulatory requirements, carrier action, non-payment, misuse or technical issues.
  • Porting: Number porting may not be available for all numbers or regions and may require additional forms, evidence, time and provider approval.
  • Caller ID: You must not spoof, falsify, hide or misuse caller ID information, and you must comply with all caller ID and anti-spam rules.
  • Call quality: We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, latency-free or carrier-grade call quality in all conditions.
  • Usage: Calls may be billed by minute, part-minute, destination, number type, carrier charge, plan allowance or other usage measure shown in the plan or invoice.
  • SMS and messaging: SMS booking links, appointment links, reminders or similar messages may be subject to country support, sender verification, carrier rules, consent requirements, opt-out requirements, message filtering, delivery failures, usage charges, pooled-minute deductions, SMS packages or third-party pass-through costs.
  • Fair use: We may restrict, suspend or charge additional fees for abnormal, abusive, fraudulent, automated, high-volume or non-standard traffic.

8. Emergency Calling and Service Limitations

iamadroid AI Phone, Business Phone, virtual numbers, AI Voice Agent, IVR, call routing, voicemail and related telephony features are not emergency calling services and must not be used to contact emergency services.

Emergency numbers, including numbers such as 999, 112, 911 or any local emergency-service number, are not supported through the Service or through virtual numbers provided by iamadroid. You must use an alternative emergency calling method, such as a traditional mobile phone, fixed-line telephone service, or another emergency-capable provider.

  • You must not rely on iamadroid as your only way to contact emergency services.
  • You are responsible for informing your employees, contractors, users, callers and any other relevant people that emergency calling is not available through the Service.
  • You must maintain suitable alternative emergency calling arrangements for your business, premises, staff and users.
  • You must not configure AI Phone, Business Phone, IVR, call routing or any virtual number in a way that suggests emergency calls can be made through the Service.
  • If a caller indicates an emergency, your configuration should direct them to use an alternative emergency-capable method immediately.
  • We may block, reject, restrict, disconnect or suspend attempted emergency calls or traffic that creates legal, regulatory, carrier, provider, safety or penalty risk.

Because the Service depends on third-party providers, carriers, internet connectivity, power, correct configuration and supported number types, call availability and call completion are not guaranteed. The Service is intended for ordinary business communications and AI-assisted call handling, not emergency communications.

9. Call Recording, Transcription, Monitoring & Consent

Some phone features may create call logs, recordings, transcripts, summaries, metadata, analytics or other records. Availability depends on plan, configuration and provider support.

  • You are responsible for obtaining all required consents before recording, transcribing, monitoring or analysing calls.
  • You must provide legally required notices to callers and users, including where an AI voice agent is used or a call may be recorded or summarised.
  • You are responsible for configuring retention periods, export practices and access permissions in line with your legal obligations.
  • Transcripts and summaries may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before being relied on.

10. Prohibited Telephony and Messaging Use

You must not use AI Phone, Business Phone or any telephony feature for:

  • fraud, impersonation, phishing, scams, harassment, intimidation or abusive calling;
  • unlawful telemarketing, robocalling, spam, nuisance calls, unsolicited SMS, unlawful appointment messages, unlawful booking links or calls/messages to suppression-list numbers where prohibited;
  • spoofing, falsifying caller identity, bypassing caller ID rules or misleading call recipients;
  • premium-rate abuse, traffic pumping, artificial inflation of traffic, revenue-share abuse or arbitrage;
  • emergency-services misuse, false emergency calls or interference with emergency communications;
  • unlawful recording, surveillance or monitoring;
  • high-risk, life-critical, medical, legal, financial or safety-critical call handling without appropriate human oversight and lawful authority;
  • any use prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy, carrier rules, provider rules or applicable law.

11. Content Ownership & Licences

  • Your Content: You own the data, prompts, business information, documents, FAQs, call configuration, customer materials and other content you provide. You grant iamadroid a limited licence to host, process, transmit, display and use that content solely to provide, secure, support and improve the Service.
  • Customer Communications: Chats, calls, transcripts, recordings, summaries, logs and metadata generated through your configuration may contain personal data or business data. You are responsible for your lawful basis, notices and retention obligations.
  • Service Materials: iamadroid and its licensors own the platform, software, interfaces, models, workflows, templates, documentation, designs and related technology. No rights are transferred except as expressly stated in these Terms.

12. Data & Privacy

iamadroid may act as a data processor for Client Data under applicable data protection laws. You are the data controller for personal data you collect from your website visitors, callers, customers, staff or other end users, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • You must provide required privacy notices and obtain required consents from end users.
  • You must ensure that any personal data, call recordings, transcripts, summaries and customer records are collected and processed lawfully.
  • You must not upload or collect sensitive data unless you have a lawful basis and the selected Service plan and configuration are appropriate for that use.

13. Integrations and Third-Party Services

The Service may connect with third-party services, including AI model providers, telecoms carriers, payment processors, calendar providers, email providers, analytics tools, CRM systems, CMS platforms, hosting providers and communications APIs.

  • Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, usage limits and availability constraints.
  • We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, errors, fees, restrictions or discontinued services.
  • You authorise us to transmit data to third-party services as needed to provide the features you enable.

14. Acceptable Use

All customers must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use the Service for illegal, deceptive, abusive, harmful, infringing, discriminatory, exploitative, spam-related, security-invasive or otherwise prohibited activity.

We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend, limit, block or terminate access to protect users, end users, carriers, providers, our platform, or the public.

15. Fair Use

The Service is designed for normal, reasonable business use in line with the plan you select. To protect service quality, platform stability, telecoms providers, carriers, other customers and the public, iamadroid may apply fair-use safeguards.

  • Fair-use safeguards may apply to AI Agent conversations, tokens, agents, embeds, API calls, knowledge processing, uploads, analytics, AI Phone usage, Business Phone usage, phone numbers, call minutes, call routing, call recordings, transcripts, summaries, add-ons and integrations.
  • You must not use the Service in a way that is abnormal, excessive, abusive, automated, fraudulent, artificial, non-standard, unlawful, harmful, or materially outside the intended business use of your plan.
  • We may investigate, restrict, throttle, rate-limit, suspend, block, require an upgrade, charge applicable overage or pass-through costs, or terminate access where usage creates operational, security, legal, regulatory, carrier, provider, reputational or platform risk.
  • Unlimited, custom or high-capacity plans are still subject to fair use, technical limits, provider limits, lawful-use requirements and any limits stated in the applicable order, plan or written agreement.
  • Fair use does not prevent us from charging normal usage, overage, carrier, regulatory, tax, add-on or third-party pass-through costs where those charges apply.

16. Availability, Maintenance & Service Changes

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, security work, carrier outages, internet disruptions, AI provider outages, number-provider issues, regulatory actions or third-party failures may affect availability.

We may modify, suspend, replace or discontinue features where needed for security, reliability, provider requirements, legal compliance, product improvement or commercial reasons.

17. Branding & Attribution

Some plans may include a “Powered by iamadroid” badge, footer, call disclosure, widget label or other attribution. You may not remove or alter branding unless your plan or written agreement permits it.

18. Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential business, technical, security, pricing or product information from the other. The receiving party must use reasonable care to protect confidential information and use it only for purposes related to the Service, except where disclosure is required by law.

19. Suspension

We may suspend or restrict the Service immediately if:

  • you fail required verification or payment checks;
  • your use creates security, legal, telecoms, carrier, provider or reputational risk;
  • your phone traffic appears fraudulent, abusive, artificial, unlawful or abnormal;
  • you breach these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law;
  • a carrier, regulator, court, law enforcement body or third-party provider requires suspension.

Suspension does not remove your obligation to pay fees, usage charges, taxes or other amounts already incurred.

20. Termination

Either party may terminate in accordance with the applicable plan terms, account settings, written agreement, these Terms or applicable law. We may terminate for breach, non-payment, abuse, verification failure, legal risk, carrier/provider requirement or discontinued service availability.

Paid AI Agent plans require 60 days’ written termination notice unless a separate written agreement or applicable law gives you a different right. Annual AI Agent plans cancelled during their annual term may be recalculated as monthly plans from the start of the annual term, as described in Section 4.

AI Phone and Business Phone plans are annual services charged monthly at a fixed rate unless otherwise agreed in writing. They require 60 days’ written termination notice. You remain responsible for fixed monthly charges, usage, taxes, carrier fees, number charges, regulatory fees, overage and pass-through costs incurred before termination takes effect.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease or be limited. Data will be retained, deleted or anonymised according to our retention policy, legal obligations and backup cycles. Phone numbers may be released, disconnected or made unavailable after termination, unless number porting is available and completed within the required timeframe.

Termination does not remove your obligation to pay fees, taxes, usage charges, overage, carrier costs, regulatory charges, payment processing charges, third-party pass-through costs or other amounts already incurred.

21. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, AI-output accuracy, call quality, successful call completion, number availability and suitability for any regulated or high-risk use case.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of data, business interruption, missed calls, lost leads, failed calls, failed messages, AI-output errors, third-party outages or telecoms-provider failures.

To the extent permitted by law, iamadroid’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Service in any 12-month period will not exceed the fees paid by you to iamadroid for the affected Service during that period.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

23. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold iamadroid harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses arising from your content, your configuration, your use of AI outputs, your telephony traffic, your failure to obtain consents, your breach of law, your breach of these Terms, your end-user communications, or your misuse of the Service.

24. Changes to the Service & Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page or otherwise communicated where appropriate. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the updated Terms.

25. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, except where urgent injunctive relief or mandatory legal rights apply.
