6. AI Agent Widgets on Customer Websites

When a customer embeds an iamadroid AI Agent on their website, the widget may use session identifiers, local storage, cookies or similar technologies to provide chat functionality, maintain conversation context, prevent abuse, apply rate limits and operate the widget.

The customer operating the website is responsible for explaining its own use of the AI Agent widget in its privacy and cookie notices, and for obtaining any consents required for that website.

7. AI Phone and Business Phone

AI Phone and Business Phone services are primarily telephony services and may not rely on browser cookies during the call itself. However, cookies and similar technologies may be used in the dashboard, billing area, call-configuration screens, analytics pages, support pages or account areas used to manage phone services.

Call logs, metadata, recordings, transcripts and summaries are addressed in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

8. Third-Party Cookies and Providers

Some cookies or similar technologies may be set by third-party providers that help us operate the Service, such as hosting providers, payment processors, analytics providers, security providers, email providers, AI providers, telecoms providers or embedded-service providers.
