Usage, overage & voice bundles
Conversations are counted per visitor session (up to 24 hours or up to 20 bot turns—whichever comes first). First bot reply makes it billable. Overage is added in blocks of 100 conversations.

Voice minutes are pooled at the workspace level on paid plans. When you need more, add a bundle: 500 minutes $19 · 2,000 minutes $69 · larger bundles on request.
What counts toward usage?
- Conversations: a single visitor chat session (up to 24h or 20 bot turns).
- Voice minutes: total audio talk time (inbound + outbound), pooled across agents.
- We don’t bill per token; LLM usage is included inside your conversation allowance.

Do you charge per resolution?
No. We don’t use per-resolution pricing. You get predictable monthly conversation caps with simple overage.
Are WordPress & Joomla plugins free?
Yes—plugins are included on every plan, including Free.
Can I try voice?
Yes—paid plans include pooled voice minutes so you can try voice right away. Add bundles any time.
Can I block overage?
Yes—enable a hard cap in settings. Visitors will see “limit reached—please try again later” until your cap resets or you upgrade
What happens if I exceed included voice minutes?
We meter voice per minute after your included pool. You can add a bundle (e.g., 500 or 2,000 minutes) at any time.
Fine print: One production domain per plan; additional domains available as an add-on. Fair-use safeguards may apply on Free (e.g., daily conversation throttle). Included voice minutes are modest starter pools; standard per-minute rates apply after your pool is used. Data retention and analytics depth vary by plan.
