Getting started

What is iamaDroid?

iamaDroid helps small and mid-size teams launch AI agents for sales, support, and bookings. It works on any website and includes free WordPress & Joomla plugins. Start with a template and go live in minutes.

How fast can I launch an agent?

About five minutes: pick a template, brand it, connect a few pages or an FAQ doc, and publish via plugin or a small embed snippet.

Do I need a developer?

No. Most customers install via plugin or paste one embed snippet. Advanced actions and API keys are available on higher tiers.

Plans & billing

How are plans structured?

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of Conversations (completed chats) and Tokens (compute). Paid plans also include pooled Voice minutes. You can upgrade any time or add extra packs.

What are the current plan prices?

Free, Starter ($14.99), Standard ($29.99), Pro ($35.99), Business ($89.99), and Enterprise (custom). See exact allowances on the Pricing page.

Do you charge per resolution?

No. We avoid per-resolution fees. You pay for predictable monthly conversations with simple, tiered overage options.

Annual billing?

Annual billing shows a monthly equivalent but is paid upfront for the year and renews unless cancelled per Terms.

Usage & limits

What is a “Conversation” vs “Token” vs “Seat”?

Conversation: one complete back-and-forth session with a visitor.
Token: the unit models use internally (roughly ¾ of a word). Plans include token bands sized to typical usage.
Seat: a human dashboard login. Today, each customer uses one login; multi-seat is on the roadmap.

What happens if I hit my conversation or token limit?

Choose either automatic overage (per tier) or buy one-off add-on packs. Your agent keeps running; we’ll notify you as you approach limits.

Do tokens reset monthly?

Yes. Tokens and conversations reset each billing month. Unused balance does not roll over.

Voice

Is voice included?

Paid plans include pooled voice minutes for text-to-speech and speech-to-text. You can top up with bundles at $0.06/min.

How are voice minutes counted?

Per minute of processed audio (rounded to the nearest minute). Live transfer and voicemail (on Voice Agent) consume minutes when active.

Do you have a Voice Agent / IVR?

Yes — it’s in private beta. It handles intent routing, transcripts, summaries, and live transfer. Join the waitlist.

Install & CMS

Do you have WordPress & Joomla plugins?

Yes. Both are free on every plan, including Free. You can also embed on any site with a small snippet.

Will it work on other CMS or custom sites?

Yes. Add the embed snippet to any HTML template, or inject via your site’s tag manager.

How do I style the widget?

In the admin, you can customize colors, logo, and prompts. The widget inherits sensible defaults for dark/light sites.

Do you support live-agent handoff?

Yes — available on Standard and above. Route to a human or send an email/Slack handover with chat context.

Do I get analytics and logs?

Yes. Admin includes conversation logs, top questions, and outcomes. The Free plan includes monthly read-only log access.

Integrations?

Core email/Slack are supported now; more premium integrations are on the roadmap.

Data & security

How do you handle privacy and compliance?

We follow industry best practices for data minimization, secure transport, and access controls. DPAs are available on Business+. See our AI transparency & compliance draft for principles.

Is content moderated for bias or harmful output?

We use guardrails and moderation to reduce biased or harmful content. While we strive for safe outputs, no automated system can guarantee perfect results; you can report or disable problematic behaviors in admin.

Where is data processed?

We operate in modern cloud regions with encryption in transit and at rest. Data residency options are planned for higher tiers.

Add-ons & packages

Do I need to upgrade to get more usage?

No. You can buy one-off packs for extra conversations or voice minutes without changing your plan.

What conversation packs are available?

+100, +500, or +1,000 conversations — billed at your plan’s pack rate. See Packages for current pricing.

What voice bundles are available?

250, 500, 2,000, 5,000, and 10,000 minutes at $0.06/min. See Packages for full list and examples.

Troubleshooting

The widget installed but doesn’t appear — what now?

Check that your site’s CSP allows our script, clear caches/CDN, and ensure the publish toggle is on in admin. If using a builder, place the snippet in the global footer.

Accuracy isn’t what I expected

Add 5–10 key pages or a concise FAQ doc, avoid duplicate content, and enable “show source” for transparency. Consider a higher plan if your use is long-form or high-volume.

Voice sounds choppy

Verify network conditions and try a different TTS voice. Long responses can be split into shorter turns for smoother playback.

Account & support

Where do I manage billing, logs, and add-ons?

In your dashboard (coming soon at /dashboard). Until then, you’ll receive links in your welcome email and receipts.

How do I contact support?

Free gets community support; paid plans include email support and priority routing on Business. Use the contact form on Contact.

Can I remove the badge?

Yes — starting on the Starter plan and above.
