No. They are separate products. AI Agents are for website chat. AI Phone is for AI voice call handling. Business Phone is for normal business telephony. You can use one product or combine them as your business grows.

What AI Agent setups are available?

What happens after the 14-day AI Agent trial?

After the trial, you choose the paid AI Agent plan that fits your usage and feature needs. The available plan path is Starter, Standard, Pro, Business or Enterprise.

What is AI Phone?

AI Phone is iamadroid’s AI voice and IVR call-handling product. It can help answer calls, understand caller intent, route enquiries, collect details and support appointment or lead workflows.

Is AI Phone included in AI Agent plans?

No. AI Phone is a separate product with its own plans and usage. This keeps website AI Agent pricing separate from phone pricing.

What can an AI Phone Agent help with?

It can help with answering calls, qualifying enquiries, routing callers, capturing caller details, supporting booking flows and reducing missed-call opportunities.

Can AI Phone replace emergency calling?

No. iamadroid AI Phone and virtual numbers are not for emergency calling. Customers must use an alternative method for emergency calls, such as a traditional mobile or fixed-line service.

Business Phone

What is Business Phone?

Business Phone is iamadroid’s normal non-AI business telephony product. It helps businesses use a more professional phone setup instead of relying only on a personal mobile.

Is Business Phone the same as AI Phone?

No. Business Phone is normal business telephony. AI Phone uses AI voice agents and IVR-style call handling.

Can I choose a business number?

Yes, subject to number availability, local rules, verification requirements and plan terms.

Can Business Phone help me separate work and personal calls?

Yes. Business Phone is designed to help you use a more professional business number and keep business calls more separate from your personal mobile.

Where can I see Business Phone plans?

Are phone plans billed separately from AI Agent plans?

Do you charge per resolution?

No. AI Agent plans are designed around predictable usage rather than per-resolution pricing. Current usage allowances and pricing are shown on the relevant plan page.

Can larger businesses use iamadroid?

Yes. iamadroid caters for different size businesses from one-person businesses and SMEs, to much larger Enterprise clients. We offer plans to suite all sizes so change your plan to suite your changing circumstances. For larger businesses we provide Business or Enterprise options with higher capacity, custom requirements, onboarding and support.

Will local taxes be added?

Where legally required, local taxes may be charged in addition to plan, add-on or usage prices at checkout.
