How do bundles work?
Minutes and conversations are pooled at the workspace. When your monthly included amount runs out, we consume your bundle balance automatically.
Do bundles roll over?
No. Unused balances expire at month-end. Buy only what you need; you can add more anytime.
Can I cap usage?
Yes. Enable a hard cap in settings to block overage. Visitors will see a limit message until reset or upgrade.
When do bundles activate?
Instantly after checkout. We’ll start using them as soon as you hit your included monthly usage.
Refunds?
Bundles are non-refundable once activated. If purchased by mistake, contact support immediately.
