Two-step setup:
  • Step 1: Design your chatbot (avatar, colours, voice, language)
  • Step 2: Enter your details & choose a paid plan (Starter, Standard, Pro, Business)
Pre-selected: Starter (Billed monthly)
You can change this in Step 2 before paying.

Chatbot Design

Choose a starting template. We’ll apply our optimised internal instructions on the server. You can add business-specific instructions below.
Use this to tell the agent about:
  • What your business does and where you are (e.g. “private dental clinic in London”).
  • What this agent should focus on (e.g. “new enquiries and basic FAQs only”).
  • Anything it must not do (e.g. “no pricing over chat, no medical diagnosis”).
  • How to handle bookings / emails / live handover.
  • Preferred tone & language (e.g. “warm but professional, UK English”).
